About Project
A 4 story block of apartments with a failed roof waterproofing membrane.
- Remove existing bituminous membrane back to slab
- Make good to slab and verify drainage
- Install new liquid membrane to manufacturers specification
- A requirement was to section roof to owners strata entitlements
- Supply and install new aluminum balustrades as per above requirements.
