- Rework roof over entry.
- Rework roof over alfresco area.
- Re-waterproof front balcony.
- Further investigation found that it was necessary to remediate existing installation of electrical and balcony works which were not to code.
Variation Requirements
- Re-waterproofing was required to the ensuite, 1st floor bathroom and ground floor main bathroom along with repairs to lounge room ceiling due to 1st floor bathroom leaks.
- Repainting of garage ceiling with a stain blocker was also required.
