About Project
- Ground to 1st floor leaking windows surrounding courtyard.
- Remove internal stairs, adjust treads & replace on completion.
- Remove rubber seals to all panes.
- Replace all flashings.
- Bedroom 3 remove & replace flashings
- First floor hallway, remove and replace floating floor.
- First floor ensuite remove and replace all tiling and re-waterproof entire room.
