About Project
- This is an apartment in a 10 storey building
- The project was originally to source water leak to an Ensuite Bathroom
- Investigation by our staff found with leak testing, that the source was from a service duct water supply in the apartment above which has since been repaired.
- We ended up having to strip out the entire bathroom, fittings/fixtures/tiling and waterproofing.
- Works then included re-waterproofing tiling and re installing all fittings & fixtures.
