- The property is situated on the Princes Highway and subject to heavy traffic and high visibility from the street
- Project was to upgrade single brick balustrades
- Remove single brick balustrades
- Remove pebblecrete from balconies
- Repair concrete spalling
- Repair drummy render and repaint underside of all balconies
- Waterproof balconies
- Strata opted for a trafficable waterproof membrane instead of tiling. Less expensive than tiling
- Supply and install slotted aluminum handrails to comply to Australian Standards and provide privacy to occupants
