After our original builder's bankruptcy and a lengthy insurance scheme application process, we were very nervous about the builder we would be assigned. Thankfully, Metro Remedial were competent, organised, punctual, understanding and helpful - the complete opposite of our original builder. Building manager Syed fixed the serious defects and water damage and worked with us to produce vastly improved bathroom and balcony spaces. He was sympathetic, expert and efficient - we can't speak too highly of him.
Everything might be a lot simpler if builders of the quality of Metro Remedial were involved in building houses in the first place rather than fixing them
