Further investigation found that it was necessary to remediate existing installation of electrical and balcony works which were not to code.
Variation Requirements
Re-waterproofing was required to the ensuite, 1st floor bathroom and ground floor main bathroom along with repairs to lounge room ceiling due to 1st floor bathroom leaks.
Repainting of garage ceiling with a stain blocker was also required.
